You could notice that the even large independent companies are building marketing networks. For this reason, Time Warner and AOL joined its forces.
Recent Internet boom completely shake the world of business. Due to the Internet an ever increasing number of companies and individuals can work together as a commercial network. Internet allows instant communication. Of course in the business world there will always be strong individualists, but I predict a much better and more profitable future for companies and individuals who are involved in network marketing.
Why Network Marketing will expand?
The future of network marketing looks great. New trends and upcoming economic changes in this business will attract more and more people. Let’s describe some of these coming economical changes.
1. People want more freedom. It has long past the time when people begun employment at the age of 25 and stayed with the same company for all their life … and doing what they were told not lose their jobs. Today, people want more freedom to live according to their own ideas. Network marketing offer people much better control over their lives and much more freedom. Price of entry into the network marketing is relatively low.
2. People want to be rich. In the past, the longer you work and the older you got, the more you earned. You earned more as your wage regularly increased. And when your life will be coming to an end, you will say: "When I retired, I will have a lower income." In other words, you knew you will work hard all live and eventually going to retire poor.
Today, there are twenty-five year old who have never had a job and became billionaires while they founded an enterprise producing computer software for example. And on the other hand, there is lot of fifty year old people looking for job, hoping to earn 50k a year. Even worse is the fact that these people have little or no savings, so they will never be able to retire! Fifty-year-old person doesn’t need a job – he need to find a way how to get rich, to have enough money for the rest of his life. Network Marketing Companies offer such an opportunity, they provide training and business systems that enable people to build their own business in the quadrant M.
Seventy-five million people born after the Second World War, will reached in 2010 the age of 65. Many of them will get involved in the network marketing, to secure its financial existence, which their formal job could not guarantee. People who build successful network marketing business has the opportunity to be among the extremely wealthy people in this world … much richer than doctors, lawyers, engineers … and richer than many film and sports stars.
3. Securities might lose its value. Never in the human history put so many people all their retirement assets in to the stock market. This is a guide to financial disaster.
In the past, people relied on the State or the on the company they worked all their lifetime for. In other words, they didn’t need to worry about retirement security as state or business managed those things.
Today it is not the case. When you retire, you have to take care of your finances by your own. For most Americans, securities are the only thing they have. When the stock market will collapse, millions of people will not be able to retire or they simply won’t have such a nice income as they all their life expected. People who have two million in joint pension funds will suddenly realize that their savings halved.
As I said, never in the history gambled so many people their lives on the whims of the securities market. If the stock market crash, millions of people will find other sources for their financial security. Such a source may happen to be business in the quadrant M.
4. More people are waking up. As we approach 2010, many people realizing that the industrial age ended and the laws of the world changed forever.
Laws had changed in 1989, with the fall of the Berlin Wall and with the birth of internet. Many historians claim that at that time the industrial age had ended and the age of Information begun. In the industrial age, people have worked hard all their life and once they retired, the state or the businesses took care of them. In the information age people must take this responsibility for themselves.
As I said, 2010 will be an important milestone in human history, since numerous generations of Americans born after World War II begin to retire. When that happens, it is likely to cause deflation of the securities, which may lead to a general panic and a deep economic crisis. When in 1929 the U.S. market collapsed, it took nearly 25 years to restore. If you are 65 years old and the next crisis comes, you probably can’t afford to wait another 25 years until the market restore.
Why should we expect deflation? Until 2010 we can still expect the boom of the security markets, bolstered by numerous post-war generations, which is now at the peak of their earning power, spending lots of money and investing in securities in order to secure money for their retirement. In 2010, the economic boom can turn into a deep crisis … with many people losing their dream of a secure retirement. When that happens, many people will realize that those old ideals of industrial age are forever gone. For an increasing number of people it will be wise to build their own business based on the network marketing system.
5. The world is waking up. When in 2010 the economic boom moves from America to Asia, people in international network marketing will be ready to follow this trend, while their friends will still have greater fear of losing their jobs. In other words, in the information age you compete for job with people all around the world. A man who wants to get your place may be living in Pakistan and may be willing to work for twenty dollars a day.
One of our problems is that during the times of economic boom we all became arrogant and complacent. As my rich dad said "When people are getting richer, suddenly they begin to think they have a higher IQ. They think they are smarter, but will play. While they are still arrogant, their IQ drops." When you look at some people who won the lottery, you will see that my rich dad was right.
U.S. economic expansion is now on top, but the stock market is becoming very unstable. Strength of the U.S. dollar cut the price of other world currencies. With the increase of our revenues we are also increasing our personal debt. Never in the history had America so much debt as today. Many people even borrow money to invest in to securities because they hope to become rich. But as I’m writing these words, the weakness of economic bubble is starting to show. Many of the dot.com startup companies will fail and investors will focus on shares of traditional businesses, while selling shares of high-tech companies. The stock market is very uncertain. When today's boom is over, many foresighted people will realize, how it was reasonable to enter the network marketing industry.
Isaac Newton, being considered as one of the greatest geniuses of mankind, lost all his money in a similar economic situation in which we are today. In other words, even the smartest guy lost money in the unrealistic economic euphoria of the time. After he lost everything, he said: "I can calculate the movement of heavenly bodies, but I won’t be able to understand the madness of people."
6. Crash may never come. It is also possible that history will not repeat. It is possible that the market will eventually stabilize and the economic boom will continue indefinitely. Maybe wrong are those who consider network marketing business is a sensible. Maybe it is not right to be financially independent and responsible for our lives. Perhaps it is right to expect that business, states or security market will take care of you. Borrow money and rely on the vagaries of the security markets is perhaps the best way to financial security. Perhaps it is reasonable to rely on luck instead of education … but I do not think so.
As an American who travels around the world, I think that our problem is that we live in an aquarium. The world is looking at us, but we do not watch out. The whole world is watching U.S. television programs. But how many of us saw a television program in India, China or Korea? Many Americans do not realize how many people liked the idea of capitalism … Even the Communists are now becoming capitalists. Many Americans expect that they will always have good jobs and high income … and maybe they are right … but I do not think so.
After every boom always comes a crisis. For many people it's bad, but for some people it can be good. Advantage of the network marketing is the fact that the whole world is your territory. If you have an international marketing business, during economic crisis, you can be as good as in the economic boom.
